We designed Superstar 3 to be extremely lightweight and easy to use, it can be easily enjoyed by kids from the age of 2+.

Can I use Superstar 3 just as a microphone without connecting to anything else?

Absolutely! Superstar 3 works perfectly as a standalone microphone.

How long does the battery last?

Superstar 3 comes with an inbuilt rechargeable battery which lasts around five hours on a single charge, it takes around two hours to fully charge. The lifespan of the battery itself is around three years. after which you can contact us for a replacement battery.

Can I turn the flashing lights off?

Yes there is a dedicated button to turn the lights on/off.

Does the Superstar 3 work with my smart TV?

Yes, if your smart TV has the capability to connect to external Bluetooth speakers. Alternatively, you can purchase a Bluetooth adapter for your TV for a few bucks on eBay, which serves the same purpose.

Does the Twin Pack come in separate packaging?
Yes the two microphones and accessories will have individual packaging.

How long does shipping take?

Our warehouse is based in Mascot, Sydney. We send our products via free express shipping through Australia Post, for all major cities it will take 2-3 business days and slightly longer for regional areas.

What is the warranty like?

All K Hero products are covered with one-year Australian warranty. If anything goes wrong all you have to do is contact us via phone or email, and our Sydney based customer service team will sort it for you ASAP.
