By purchasing K Hero products you are agreeing to our return policy as set out below.
Every K Hero product is held to the highest design standards, and are tested before packaging & delivery. However if you need to return your DEFECTIVE* K Hero product, please use the contact us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can return a DEFECTIVE* K Hero product for a full refund or exchange.
You are responsible for the product until we receive them back, make sure it's in original condition with original packaging.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will contact you via email for a status update.
The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense if longer than 14 days from purchase date. Any returned items that are not received by K Hero will not be processed. We recommend you obtain proof of tracking number.
If a refund is approved, we'll refund the price you purchased your item at. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal based on your initial payment method.
Return postage is only covered by K Hero within 14 days of purchase if the product is deemed faulty.
As per industry standards, we do not accept refunds/replacements request for wear and tear or any form of physical damage done to the product.
As per industry standards, We do not accept return requests for change of mind or customer dissatisfaction with results.
As per industry standards, We do not accept return requests for oversea purchase outside Australia.
We do not offer refunds once a new replacement unit has been sent.
We do not offer refunds for items on sale, only replacements will be offered.
*A product is deemed DEFECTIVE at K Hero repair team’s discretion. Fair judgement will be made based on the individual circumstance.
