Return policy

By purchasing K Hero products you are agreeing to our return policy as set out below.

Every K Hero product is held to the highest design standards, and are tested before packaging & delivery. However if you need to return your DEFECTIVE* K Hero product, please use the contact us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

  • You can return a DEFECTIVE* K Hero product for a full refund or exchange.

  • You are responsible for the product until we receive them back, make sure it's in original condition with original packaging.

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will contact you via email for a status update.

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense if longer than 14 days from purchase date. Any returned items that are not received by K Hero will not be processed. We recommend you obtain proof of tracking number.

  • If a refund is approved, we'll refund the price you purchased your item at. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal based on your initial payment method.

  • Return postage is only covered by K Hero within 14 days of purchase if the product is deemed faulty.

  • As per industry standards, we do not accept refunds/replacements request for wear and tear or any form of physical damage done to the product.

  • As per industry standards, We do not accept return requests for change of mind or customer dissatisfaction with results.

  • As per industry standards, We do not accept return requests for oversea purchase outside Australia.

  • We do not offer refunds once a new replacement unit has been sent.

  • We do not offer refunds for items on sale, only replacements will be offered.

*A product is deemed DEFECTIVE at K Hero repair team’s discretion. Fair judgement will be made based on the individual circumstance.
